You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We will refund you using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. Comfy Livin vidaXL does not charge any fees (bank charges or otherwise) for issuing your refund. Please note: Comfy Livin vidaXL can still deduct return shipping costs if applicable.

What are your obligations? During the cooling-off period, you may only view and assess the product as you would in a physical store. If you have gone beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the item during the cooling-off period, you are responsible for the resulting depreciation and Comfy Livin vidaXL has the right to offset this depreciation against the amount you would be refunded. It is therefore important that you handle the product carefully during the cooling-off period. We also ask you to always return the products in the original packaging, insofar as this is reasonably possible.
